1. Trying to Win.

  • Vanessa became upset when she heard that James was the reason he and Liz finished the Battle of the Block competition. James pointed out that Christine was spelled wrong, which let them correct it and win before Clay and Becky buzzed in. James confirmed this when Vanessas approached him and she is annoyed since he was supposed to be throwing the competition so Jackie could be HoH.

2. Blindsided.

  • Clay used the Power of Veto on himself and Vanessa nominated Jason.

3. Denying.

  • Shelli and Clay have been telling everyone that they knew something was up, but that they had no idea about the plan to backdoor Jason. Vanessa made Shelli confirm later to Jackie that they (Shelli and Clay) agreed to have Jason to on the block.

4. The Power Couple and their Next Target.

  • After some confirmation, Jason, Meg, and Jackie have started to realize just how much power Shelli and Clay have. They realize that Shelli and Clay must have been in on the plan the entire time. Jason and Meg speculated that Jackie will be the next to go because Shelli and Clay do not think they can control her.

5. Putting Out Fires.

  • Shelli and Clay have been trying to stay in good standing with Meg, Jackie, and James by saying that they never devised the plan but did agree to it prior to Vanessa nominating Jason. When asked why they didn’t clue the others in, Shelli and Clay have been saying they did not want to break Vanessa’s trust by spreading her plan to the entire house.

1. Saving the Volunteer.

  • Clay, Shelli, and Vanessa do not want to send Becky home this week because Becky volunteered to go on the block next to Clay. They would not have wanted Clay to go home after volunteering if the situation was reversed.

2. Too Much Blood.

  • Vanessa is very worried about the target put on her back by going against her word and not nominating Austin. She keeps telling Shelli, Clay, Liz, Austin, and Steve that she needs a solid reason to nominate someone else. Vanessa has told Austin to go find her a real reason to keep him off of the block and nominate someone else.

3. Phone Booth Conspiracy.

  • Vanessa has convinced herself that Jason has been lying about Da’Vonne having the Last Laugh from the phone booth. Because of this realization (which is not true), Vanessa is willing to consider the idea of nominating Jason instead of Austin.

4. Steak Dinner.

  • Vanessa, James, and Liz had their Outback dinner. They were each allowed to select one person to join them. Jason, Clay, and Becky attended dinner.

5. Needing Becky and John.

  • After a day of deliberating, Vanessa is willing to backdoor Jason and save Austin as long as Becky and John are on board with the idea. Vanessa is fearful that her target will be huge heading into next week if John and Becky do not agree to the plan. Shelli and Clay have been tasked with bringing the idea to Becky and John, before Vanessa speaks to them.

1. Catching On, Kind Of.

  • Austin has started to suspect that the original plan was for Liz and James to lose the Battle of the Block competition. He is not aware that he is the current target, but he thinks people have been conspiring to get out the twins.

2. Squirrel Power.

  • Clay won the Power of Veto competition. Houseguests had to roll balls back and forth while wearing squirrel costumes.

3. Another Lie.

  • Vanessa asked Austin once more if he was the vote to save Audrey and Austin again lied to her. After leaving the room, Austin realized Vanessa knew he was lying and tried to get Liz to cover for him.

4. Keeping Liz Informed.

  • Vanessa and Shelli informed Liz of the plan to backdoor Austin. They went over some of the things Austin had said throughout the week, like wanting to evict Julia sooner rather than later. Liz did not seem like she wants Austin to leave this week, but also understood Vanessa stance due to Austin’s lies.

5. Backtracking?

  • Vanessa and Shelli wondered if it would be a bad idea to take out an ally this week. Jason, James, and a few other people did not seem too happy when Shelli was selected to play in the veto competition and when Clay won the Veto. They worried that taking away one of their numbers would hurt them in the long run. Vanessa is still having trouble getting passed Austin’s lie, but is willing to keep him off the block if he can give her a solid reason (to bring to the house) as to why someone else should be nominated.

4. Clear Target.

  • With Liz winning the Battle of the Block, she guaranteed that her and Julia will both enter the game after the eviction on Thursday. Also, Liz is not happy with Julia because she has been spending a lot of time hanging out with John lately. Austin has also not been comfortable with Julia and feels like she has been avoiding him when she is in the house.

1. A New Final 4?

  • Shelli and Clay threw around the idea of approaching Meg and Jason to create a Final 4 alliance. They pondered whether or not the alliance would be leaked to James and decided to think over their next move before approaching them. Later in the day, Vanessa approached Shelli and Clay to let them know that she caught Jason and Jackie in an intense 1 on 1 conversation. Vanessa believe Jason and Jackie have linked up after they both lost their close ally (Da’Vonne and Jeff). When Vanessa left, Shelli and Clay decided it would not be a good idea right now to approach Jason and Meg with a deal due to all their side relationships (Jackie, Meg).

2. Using Production.

  • Audrey finally left the Have Not room and started talking to people. Audrey and Shelli had a long conversation about the last week. Shelli admitted that they had a huge house meeting behind Audrey’s back. Shelli also said that she would have given Audrey a chance to clear the air and convince Shelli to nominate someone else, but Audrey chose to exile herself. Audrey made Shelli cry after using production as a strategy. Audrey told Shelli that production called this the “biggest betrayal of the summer”, which upset Shelli very much. Audrey got called out for using production as a strategy shortly after their discussion.

3. Operation Jason.

  • Austin devised a plan with Liz to inform Jason about the twins later in the day. After Liz switched with Julia, Austin approached Jason and told him about the twins and confirmed Julia’s name. Austin also said he would not mind if Julia left soon because Liz would be easier to control. Jason agreed, but many speculate that Austin also wants alone time with Liz, without Julia interrupting things.

4. Downplaying the Five.

  • Meg, Jackie, Jason, and James continue to downplay Audrey’s claims of a five person alliance. They believe everything Audrey says to be a complete lie.

5. Plan Backfired.

  • Jason reported “Operation Jason” to Meg, Shelli, and later Vanessa. Jason revealed that Austin would like for Julia to be evicted soon. This led Shelli to inform Clay and they agreed that Austin is a loose cannon who has no loyalty. Shelli and Clay agreed that Austin should be targeted moving forward. They also revisited the idea of aligning with Meg and Jason since they brought this information to Shelli. Later, Shelli and Clay talked with Vanessa, who was very confused as to why Austin would tell people. The three discussed the possibility of aligning with Jason, Meg, and James.

BONUS. Losing Trust.

  • Meg and Jason discussed how they may not be able to trust James because he is not playing the game in a smart manner. They are worried that he buys into any information he is given and how they need to sit him down to tell him what is going on, what he should do, and talk him through what not to believe. They agree that he is the type of player who can be manipulated by whoever speaks to him last before a big decision.

1. Have Not Stay.

  • Audrey spent most of the day in the Have Not room, sleeping on the floor and chairs. Her Have Not food punishment was lifted by Big Brother and many of the houseguests brought her food throughout the day, though she barely acknowledged any of them.

2. Angela.

  • The house is now referring to Julia as Angela. Angela is the twins older sister mentioned in the letter.

3. Attendance Mandatory?

  • Some houseguests wondered if Audrey would show up for the eviction ceremony, or if she would be allowed to skip it like she skipped the Power of Veto Ceremony.

4. Paranoid Vanessa.

  • Vanessa expects next week to be a big week in the game. She also feels like there are a number of deals being made behind their (Vanessa, Shelli, Clay) backs. Vanessa wondered if it would be a good idea to make a deal with James, Meg, and Jason but Clay said it wouldn’t be the right time to make that deal.

5. A Side Alliance.

  • Austin and Liz discussed bringing Jason in as a side alliance for when they need numbers to turn on Clay and Shelli.

2. Disappearing Act.

  • Due to a minor sound issue, the Power of Veto Ceremony was deleyed after Vanessa had already entered the diary room to begin it. During this time, Audrey went into the diary room and proceeded to stay in there for over 5 hours. The houseguests spent a lot of that time sitting around waiting to start the ceremony. They slept, speculated, and made general chit chat.

3. Long Wait is Over.

  • Audrey finally left the diary room after 5.5 hours and headed straight to her bed. After a long period of FISH on the feeds, we learned the the Power of Veto Ceremony had taken place. Vanessa used the Power of Veto to save Jason. Shelli nominated Audrey as the replacement nominees.

4. Not In Attendance.

  • Based on some discussions after the Power of Veto Ceremony, it seems that Audrey did not attend. She remained in her Have Not bed.

5. Nominate Allies.

  • Vanessa mentioned nominating someone from their alliance in the future in order to hide their alliances. Clay brought this information to Shelli and both of them seem very nervous about the idea. They agree that their final 3 deal with Vanessa if off if she has a hand in one of them (Clay and Shelli) being nominated in order to hide an alliance between them.
