How to Register Your Nickname
In
(at the bottom of mIRC) type:
/ns register REPLACETHISWORDWITHAPASSWORD yourREAL@email.addy
You must replace REPLACETHISWORDWITHAPASSWORD with the password you'd like to have. For example, /nickserv register harcott real@email.com . You MUST replace yourREAL@email.addy with your REAL email address because if you do not you won't be able to register your nickname.
It should now say something like this:
You must now check your email for a passcode. This is what the email will look like:
Copy the /msg NickServ confirm CODEISHERE part and paste it into mIRC. It should now say something like this:
Next, we'll make mIRC automatically identify you to your nickname so you can get into #RealityBBQ every time you open mIRC.

This is the information you should now fill it in with. To add RealityBBQ to the Network: menu, click
then choose RealityBBQ from the list and click .
Replace PASSWORD with the password you entered when you registered your nickname. Click
. Click again.
