Steven, BB10, Shocking.. I will be telling the story on BBAD Blog Talk Radio and Real Player

Posted on Monday, July 6th, 2009 at 5:47 pm by Larry

Well I have been ever so patiently awaiting the arrival of BB11, see the new house, houseguests etc.  If you read my first blog I said I wasn’t too happy with the houseguests, mainly because of the stereotypical gay guy that they brought back on.  I have to say that I was probably too judgemental on the show and who they picked, I am sure it is a tough job (Robyn and Bonnie, I so love you both) finding new, different and interesting people that will cause enough drama to make the show worth watching.  Anyway, I am shocked to find out what is going to happen this Thursday night, I can’t even think of a better way to describe it other then shocked, any other words would probably give away the secret.  I don’t wanna say too much and give away the show or my sources, so this is all I can give you.  If you wanna hear me describe how shocked I am before the show airs, check me out on Real Player (exact time is still pending), I am doing an interview with Chelsia on Thursday.  Then if you wanna hear my thoughts on the show and listen to a very special caller with first hand knowlege of what you just saw in episode 1 then listen to me on BBAD Blog Talk Radio at 8pm Central, immediately following the premier of the BB11.  I definately have some opinions on it all…

Steven Daigle blogs about the Houstguests

Posted on Thursday, July 2nd, 2009 at 9:23 am by Electra

StevenBB10
This just a short blog, I only have a minute

I have to say I am not impressed with the houseguests. Hopefully they will be more interesting in person then they are in their Bio’s. Also Robyn, I am so dissapointed that you brought back another sterotypical Bitchy Fag, I really thought BB had moved past that, I think everyone is really, really over that character!

Mystery Houseguest, LOL… Recycled theme means Recycled Housguest, how boring is that!! And by the way, why is it that my friends such as Jessica BB8, Sheila BB9 and Brian BB10 have mysteriously dissappeared??? If you guys read this contact me I am worried, it is as if you have taken somewhere that has no communication with the outside world????

I was hoping BB would make it long enough to have an another All Stars that I could possibly try out for, but with this lack of originality and brining back those same boring personality types, this will surely be the last year…

Steven, BB10: An interesting story or potential for Disaster?

Posted on Friday, May 1st, 2009 at 5:27 pm by Larry

So you probably know from my status updates that I am currently in Iraq for work.  Tonight I had a very sobering reality check that I thought I would share.

Tonight my coworkers and I had a dinner with some high ranking Iraqi Air Force military.  The Iraqi airmen are guys that we work with on a regular basis here and I have gotten to know on a personal level, they are incredible men that have faced many hardships and tragedies over the years but are incredibly friendly, hospitable and have some amazing stories that they like to share.  During our traditional Iraqi dinner the topic of American TV shows came up and it turns out that they love many of our programs specifically Reality TV.  One of my team members thought it would be fun to tell them that I had been on the show Big Brother and began to tell the story when our Team Lead quickly changed the subject and basically stoped the story from being told.  I understood why, if the Iraqi men did any research they might find out that I am gay which is completely not acceptable in the culture here.

Steven, BB10, A Sunday Morning In Iraq

Posted on Sunday, March 1st, 2009 at 5:01 am by Larry

Well, I had some time and wanted to send out an update on how my week was.  This past week in Iraq has shown me the widest range of emotions possible. I started my week flying on an Iraqi C130 wearing body armor and completely unkaware of what to expect.

… …

The next exciting event for the week was a low point for me and brought to the surface some feelings and emotions that I didn’t expect.  Being a bullrider I always felt that I am pretty brave and could stare death in the face and not think twice about it, boy was I wrong!  I was walking down the street to drop off my clothes at the local laundary facility when I began hearing a very loud siren, I wasn’t sure exactly what the siren meant or what course of action I needed to take.  After a few seconds I began to see military personal heading to an area called a bunker (basicaly a concrete cube surrounded by sandbags, these bunkers are all over the base and I had walked by them many times.)  I decided the best idea for me was to follow and take shelter with everyone else.

As I entered the shelter the siren began again only this time it was followed by a very loud voice that kept repeating “We are under attack, We are under attack.”  Hearing this is when I really began to feel uncomfortable.  I squated down on the cold concrete and…

Steven, BB10, An Update From Iraq

Posted on Monday, February 23rd, 2009 at 4:24 pm by Larry

Hello to everyone back home or wherever you are in the world.
Had a few minutes and some working internet so I wanted to post a blog about some things that have been happening to me on the trip. I have so much to say and not even time to say it all.

Basically life has been a super crazy roller coaster ride since I stepped foot on the plane over here. It all started with a 2 hour flight to Atlanta, then a 14 hour flight to Dubai, next a 2 hour flight to Kuwait city, 2 hours to get a Visa, an hour spent filling a report for my lost bag and a 30 minute ride to the hotel, it was a very long day!

Once in Kuwait it was all fancy and fun times, we stayed at a beautiful fancy hotel, J.W. Marriott, with great food and fantastic service. Spent two nights there then it was a 2 hour flight to Baghdad, this became the most unique and exciting part thus far.

The plane lands on the military side of Baghdad International Airport and we are instructed to exit the plane and wait on the tarmack, next is …

Steven, BB10, MySpace: Whats been going on Lately….

Posted on Tuesday, October 28th, 2008 at 9:39 am by anon

“Hey…

Well I figured I hadn’t blogged in a while and wanted to throw some stuff out there. First, if you didn’t read my page I finally have gotten me some wheels. I got me a Black Ford F150 Crew Cab, it is sweet! Thanks to my good friend up in Cincinnati that works at a Ford dealership and got me an amazing deal. One of the best things about the truck is that it is a Flex Fuel Vehicle. What is a Flex Fuel Vehicle you ask? Well it is a vehicle that runs on E85 (85% Ethanol and 15% gasoline) which is so much cheaper then just regular gas. Yesterday I filled up on E85, bought at Kroger’s with my Kroger Card 10 cent discount, for $1.81 a gallon. I am saving cash and helping to reduce my use of fossil fuels ;) (more…)

Is the Rumour True?

Posted on Monday, October 13th, 2008 at 3:34 pm by anon

Did Joshuah, BB9, and Bunky, BB2, really get into some sort of drunken skirmish in a bar in Dallas, as told by Steven, BB10?

Yes, but the story going around is “a very dramatic interpretation” of what happened, and the cops haven’t contacted Joshuah at all about the situation, so it’s not as big a deal as it sounds.

Steven, BB10, MySpace: Back to work and the Real World

Posted on Sunday, October 12th, 2008 at 12:42 pm by anon

“So I thought I would share some about being taken out of the “Real World” (no not the show on MTV the actual real world) put into fantasy land and then being thrown back. Before entering the entire crazy Big Brother world I was an average guy that worked an average job and had an average life. Then all of a sudden I was plucked from all of it and when I say all of a sudden I mean it. One day I was hanging out with my friends the next day a guy shows up with cameras and says you are leaving for California today so get packed. I went through this crazy 9 day sequester then thrown into the crazy big brother house, secluded from the world, evicted and then put on a plane and sent home. I return to all this crazieness, people who I have never met that wanna talk to me, take my picture and talk about my life. My first experiences when I got home was this fabulous amount of attention that feels so good and raises your spirits to a level that seems unimaginable. The feeling is so good it is hard to describe, fans that are so incredibly kind and treated me like I hung the moon. I just have to say thank you to everyone, I will never be able to show my gratitude or express how good it made me feel. However, now that I am back at work and just an average guy again it is a little hard to look back. I would never complain about my experience but I really don’t know how I will ever be able reach a high like that again. It is a bitter sweet situation which I will always cherish and miss. Not sure where I am going with this blog other then to say thanks for memories, the experiences, the new friendships and the good times. Everyone in the house I made friends with I want to say YOU ROCK and I am thankful I got the opportunity to meet you (you know who you are.) To all the people I have met or chatted with along the way I want to say it has been a pleasure and YOU ROCK (again, you know who you are.)

Suck it Bitches….”

Article: Steven’s sleeveless t-shirt auctioned for $1,075

Posted on Wednesday, August 6th, 2008 at 12:13 pm by anon

“Once they’re outside of the house, Big Brother houseguests seem to participate in three primary activities: blogging on MySpace, auctioning their stuff off on eBay to try to make the money they didn’t win on the show, and showing up to host challenges on new seasons of Big Brother. If they’re extremely lucky, they’ll show up on another reality show and get to remove a genital wart from a fellow cast member’s penis.

Except for the penis STD, these things aren’t necessarily specific to the cast members on the show, but it’s still all very pathetic. Apparently, though, at least one of those activities can be lucrative.”
