She was 20 at the time and turned 21 while already in the house. Double standard. That means in all rights legally Zach and Dick are the final 2. Someone needs to bring that up to power being on CBS. Otherwise this does validate this season was totally rigged by the producers.” – David W.
Michelle on BB4 also was not 21 – neither Michelle nor Daniele applied for BB, therefore the application rules do not apply. They were contacted by BB to be on the show, and as long as they are over 18 they are permitted to be on TV.
“I just wanted to point out that Dani under 21 isn’t a violation weather she applied or not. The eligibility rules state: “The Producers reserve the right to change any of the application terms at anytime or to select or not select anyone at their sole discretion.”

January 11th, 2006 | Posted by in Articles, Press Releases, Interviews, Myspace, etc. | Big Brother 2 | Justin Sebik | Legal - (Comments Off)Justin Sebik has been arrested multiple times since leaving the house. “Justin Sebik, 27, of Bayonne (NJ) was arrested after the woman was found on a Bayonne street about 2 am with a broken ankle and choke marks around her neck, police said. … Sebik choked her and threw her on the ground, causing her to her to fracture her ankle.” (AP Wire, Jan. 7th, 2003) Justin was arrested and released on $1,000 bail and the girlfriend was treated at Bayonne Hospital. “As we were going uptown, I was breaking up with the girl, so it got to the point where I said, “Forget it, let me walk.” Next think I know she goes crazy on me. [She's] punching me all over the place. So I get out and she’s still hitting me, she goes for a shot at the back of my head and misses. So she goes down and hurts her ankle, I guess. It was all a pretty minor mishap.” (Jersey Journal, Jan. 9th, 2003) He blames the “black cloud over my head” from BB2 (which he says was just a joke). “With my reputation, people will think the worst of me in these sorts of situations.” His next arrest, that we know of, was when he “was arrested this week on charges he collected nearly $10,000 for four car engines he sold via e-mail but never delivered… Sebik, 28, of Avenue E, set up auctions for four Honda Integra JDM type B engines on eBay in August, police said… Though the online auction house closed his account after receiving complaints, Sebik was still able to strike deals via e-mail with at least four people, Burt said. The four – from Southport, N.C.; Radford, Va.; Sandy, Utah; and Chino, Calif. – each wired $2,430 to Sebik’s account at Pamrapo Savings Bank on Avenue C, three on Aug. 14, and a fourth on Aug. 22, Burt said. Each then tried to contact Sebik, one making seven attempts, before calling the Bayonne Police Department to file complaints, Burt said… Sebik… was arrested Wednesday about 2:15 p.m. and held on $50,000 bail. He is charged with four counts of theft by deception for falsely selling the engines.” (Jersey Journal, Oct. 17th, 2003)

The Minnesota blonde (boy, could she ever thaw the ice around fellow Minnesotan Garrison Keillor’s brain) was charged in December ’01 with misdemeanor theft for using a five-finger discount at a Los Angeles Macy’s. After collecting three bench warrants for skipping court dates, the would-be VIP pleaded guilty to the charge two weeks before Brother’s season premiere. She was fined $982.”

JULY 21–Days before the sixth-season debut of “Big Brother,” a contestant on the CBS reality show finally answered a 3-1/2-year-old arrest warrant issued for her failure to appear in a Los Angeles court to face a misdemeanor theft charge. Janelle Pierzina, a 25-year-old cocktail waitress, was charged in December 2001 with stealing merchandise from Macy’s. But when she didn’t show for an initial court appearance, a Superior Court judge issued a bench warrant for Pierzina’s arrest. Six months later, a second bench warrant was issued. In April 2004, a third bench warrant was issued, with a judge this time setting the warrant’s bond at $30,000, up from $2500. On June 24–two weeks before “Big Brother 6″ bowed–Pierzina pleaded to the petty theft rap and was fined $982 and ordered to stay at least 100 yards from the retailer. Who says a crass reality TV series can’t serve the public good? Pierzina’s rap sheet also includes an August 2000 drunk driving arrest in Duluth, Minnesota (her mug shot from that bust is below). After initially failing to appear for her February 2001 arraignment (which resulted in another pesky beach warrant being issued for her), Pierzina pleaded in June 2002 to a misdemeanor DWI count and was hit with a 60-day suspended jail term, placed on a year’s probation, fined $1000, and directed to enroll in an alcohol education program. When Pierzina failed to timely complete the booze ed course, a June 2003 violation of probation hearing was scheduled. When she did not show for that court session, a District Court judge signed a bench warrant for her arrest. More than a year later, on June 30, 2004, the warrant was vacated when Pierzina finally appeared for a court hearing that ended with Judge Gerald Maher extending her probation for six months and ordering Pierzina (again) to attend an alcohol education program. Pierzina, who apparently completed that program in North Carolina, has since decamped to Miami Beach, where, according to the CBS web site, she toils as a “VIP cocktail waitress.”"

The women were storing some of their gifts at the hair salon on La. 182, where Lacassin works. Someone broke into a rear room of the salon, ransacked the place and stole various items, including the cash jar for the benefit and the gift baskets and prizes collected. ”

She was driving her father’s new SUV which rolled. If she had not been wearing her seatbelt, the sate trooper told us she would have been killed as the contents of the car were thrown out when the windows shattered.
