The extras are in the house right now getting everything working and ready for February 12th, but we can give you an inside view of what the house looks like!
The house is extremely colourful – so colourful that it might take us time to get used to.
The living room and kitchen are decorated like a winter cabin “on crack” – logs and stones, like the wallpaper on the third level during BB8 – to match the winter season. They even have REAL TREES in the diary room! WTF? Do they want to leaf you with a good impression? Make the HGs bark up the wrong tree? The living room also sports a circular couch for the big happy HG family.
The third level is no longer the log wallpaper and is bookshelf wallpaper. I sense themes… everywhere.
The HoH room has a surfer theme – gnarly, dude! The other bedrooms have low walls which divide up a little bit of individual space for the HG – great idea! One room has a nautical them! Fun.
The backyard now sports a firepit to keep the HG warm on the frosty winter nights. The pool is also heated now!

I am heading out to the West Coast and the Big Brother House today, getting ready for the first-ever winter edition of the show. Even I don’t know the twist yet for this season! We premiere on Feb. 12 with all new houseguests, a new house, a new look and of course, that new twist. As we say in “Big Brother,” expect the unexpected. I’ll try to persuade the team out there to reveal this season’s twist on The Early Show, so stay tuned!

“Jason in Chicago: I heard that Evel Dick has been asked back for this next edition of BIG BROTHER! Lovebirds Nick and Daniele, too?
The rumor that Evel Dick has been cast again has not been confirmed, and sources tell me it’s untrue. We may see E.D. stop by the BB house this season, but I don’t believe he’ll be living there. As for Nick and Daniele, they broke up! A friend of mine ran into Ms. Donato at a West Hollywood club last weekend, and she said Nick had packed it up and moved back to good ol’ Minnesota. It’s over between ‘em!”

In the opening credits Julie Chen was announced as “Big Brother’s Julie Chen” so there is hope that she’ll talk about the season. Also on the show for your viewing pleasure – JESSICA ALBA.
Letterman finished the opening monologue. When reviewing tonight’s guests he also reiterated that Julie Chen was on the show to talk about Big Brother 9.
Top Ten List and Jessica Alba interview are over. Julie Chen is on next!

Dave asks Julie about her flight schedule between New York and L.A. Julie says she gets her best rest on the plane.
Now they are discussing DGA Awards? Nothing related to Big Brother yet.
Dave tells what he knows about Big Brother.
Julie talks about how the show has evolved since Big Brother 1. Talking about casting twists from season 4 and on.
Dave asks her about the internet feed. Julie says she feels like something naughty when watching the cams.
Dave asks about people having sex in the house. Julie says it’s happened a few times?
They show a fake clip of Big Brother: After Dark. It was a black/white footage of a naked girl hitting the bongos. Julie says, “You are getting a phone call later!”
