For those of you in need of a little history recap…
Brandon Showalter was kicked off of BB before entering the house, although after appearing on commercials, for trying to contact his girlfriend from his hotel room while sequestered. Read more.
Krista Stegall sued CBS/ASP after another houseguest, Justin Sebik, held a knife to her throat and was removed from the house. After the show ended, Krista saw dollar signs and sued, saying they should have known from his criminal history that he was too dangerous to put in the house. CBS settled.
