Just some more information:
The houseguest “soulmate” pairs will indeed be evicted together as teams, but some houseguests will be coming back into the house.
Also, they will be officially entering the house and starting the game this Thursday.

Houseguests for the latest edition of BIG BROTHER will be announced on THE EARLY SHOW tomorrow morning (2/6).
In addition, a press release with the names of the houseguests will be issued shortly thereafter.
